自2026年1月1日起，REGO-FIX AG 長期擔任首席執行官的 Richard Weber 將把公司的運營管理職責正式交接給 Pascal Forrer。
As of January 1, 2026, Richard Weber, long-standing CEO of REGO-FIX AG, will handover operational leadership to Pascal Forrer.

經充分評估后,董事會一致決定任命 Pascal Forrer 為新任首席執行官。Pascal Forrer 自2018年加入REGO-FIX以來，持續推動集團在市場與銷售領域的國際化發展。他在機加工行業擁有超過20年的豐富經驗，并以鮮明的市場導向，為 REGO-FIX 集團的可持續全球發展作出了重要貢獻。此次任命是公司長期繼任規劃的重要成果，體現了 REGO-FIX 對連續性與可持續領導力的堅定承諾。
Following a careful evaluation process, the Board of Directors unanimously appointed.Pascal Forrer as the new CEO. Pascal Forrer has been with REGO-FIX since 2018, where he has been responsible for strengthening the company’s international focus in marketing andsales. With more than 20 years of experience in the machining industry and a strong market-driven approach, he has made a signi?cant contribution to the sustainable globalgrowth of the REGO-FIX Group. His appointment as CEO is the result of a long-term succession plan and underlines REGO-FIX’s commitment to continuity and sustainableleadership.

自2026年起, Richard Weber 將出任 REGO-FIX 集團董事會主席,專注于公司的整體戰略方向。他將與同為董事會成員的兄弟 Andreas Weber 及 Stefan Weber 一同，繼續肩負起這家家族企業的長期責任與治理使命。
As of 2026,Richard Weber will assume the role of Chairman of the Board of Directors,focusing on the strategic direction of the REGO-FIX Group. Together with his brothers Andreasand Stefan Weber, both members of the Board of Directors, he will continue to take responsibility for the family-owned company.
